KikuBox (referred to as "KikuBox" or "we" or "service") is a versatile (anonymous) question box, marshmallow, and message box that helps you easily collect questions, messages, compliments, and encouragements from fans, friends, and others on websites or social media.

By using our service, you must agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not register or use our service.

KikuBox Account:

1. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for the security of your password and the use of your account.
2. If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain permission from your parents or legal guardian to use the service. If you use the service on behalf of others or entities, you must have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
3. In principle, KikuBox allows only one person (organization) to have one account. However, in some reasonable cases, we may accept multiple registrations by one person. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, including but not limited to closing these redundant accounts, if we find any violations.
4. In principle, you are not allowed to sell or lend your account to third parties. We are not responsible for any damages or information leakage resulting from selling or lending your account.
5. In the case of violating the Terms of Service, we reserve the right to close your account or delete your data. For security and privacy reasons, we have the right not to disclose specific reasons.

Prohibited Actions:

1. Violating any laws, regulations, or rules.
2. Interfering with or disrupting any KikuBox service or any server or network used to support or provide KikuBox, including any hacking or cracking of KikuBox.
3. Using KikuBox to publish, distribute, or store any abusive, harassing, defamatory, threatening, hateful, offensive, obscene, pornographic, sexual, violent, criminal, bullying, bloody, religious, defamatory, infringing, illegal, malicious, false, or content that infringes on the rights of others or invades their privacy, or any activity that damages the reputation of others or violates ethics, is strictly prohibited.
4. Any encouragement or inducement of suicide, self-harm, drug abuse, crime, or harm to others is strictly prohibited.
5. Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or sending spam messages to KikuBox users or administrators, or engaging in any other unwanted behavior, such as repeatedly sending unwanted messages or making personal attacks or hate speech against race, nationality, government, tragic events, sexual orientation, gender, religion, tradition, etc., is not tolerated.
6. Using KikuBox for malicious or negative SEO practices.
7. Engaging in gray or black-hat behaviors, or publishing advertisements, drainage, or relay behaviors.
8. Impersonating other KikuBox users or administrators.
9. Any behavior that we consider illegal, abusive, malicious, discriminatory, disruptive, inappropriate, or affecting KikuBox service.

Intellectual Property:

The copyright of content such as questions, messages, and replies belongs to KikuBox users (respondents).

Disclaimer:

1. The content on the website comes from users or visitors and does not represent the position or views of KikuBox.
2. KikuBox has no intention and will not assist any criminal organizations, gray or black industries, or illegal groups in illegal activities.
3. KikuBox will make every effort to ensure the stability and security of the service but will not be responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by technical problems, force majeure, or other unforeseen factors.
4. We have the right to modify, add, or reduce the rights and features of users in the free plan.
5. We reserve the right to interpret these terms of service and privacy policy.
